Sattar Trading Corporation, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan is in the business of textile weaving since 1972. We are direct manufacturers and exporters of woven fabric (Loom State, Bleached, Dyed, and Printed) in cotton and polyester-cotton blends.

We specialize in 100% cotton & poly cotton sheeting fabrics, Percale, Twill, Drill, Ducks and Sateen (Plain, Reverse or Stripe) of various widths and construction.
We have been exporting our goods to all major markets of the world on a regular basis.

MACHINES:
Our weaving units consist of;
A. Brand new Benninger Warping Machines, Type Ben-Direct, YOM 2004;
B. Brand new Sucker Sizing Machine, Type Sucker-S 433, YOM 2004;
C. Sulzer Projectile weaving machines, PU and TW11 model, Swiss Origin, of wider width, considered to be the most economical machines to produce a wide variety of home textile, apparel and institutional fabrics.

CAPACITY:
Our annual Weaving capacity is around 20 million square meters, based on 60 picks per inch,90% efficiency and 360 days to a year.

STRENGTH:
Our Weaving unit is backwardly integrated with brand new fully automated & PLC controlled Warping and Sizing machines which produce single sized beam of 130 width and over 30,000 Ends per Beam to produce:
1. Dyeable fabric with equal tension;
2. Fabric with uniform application of sizing material to eliminate any shade variation after processing;
3. Fabric with less bowing.

We differentiate our Sulzer Weaving Unit from others in the same industry through a proper weaving setup i. E. Central Humidification Plant, Return Air Ducts and Overhead Blowers. This enables us to produce fabric with better efficiency which in turn produces fabric with less weaving faults free from woven-in-fly and oil stains.

QUALITY CONTROL:
We surely do believe that the quality is not produced on the weaving machines, but in the fabric inspection department. This is the most critical area of our unit, which distinguishes us from others in this field. We have organized a team of highly experienced menders/checkers and graders strictly following a 40 point American system to grade the fabric which is monitored by our professional and qualified experts in the upper-level management in order to produce and maintain a consistent quality fabric, which is expected from us by our customers.

Our unit is fully equipped to export with minimum outside dependencies for on-time shipment, an important criterion in exports, and facilities such as stand-by generators, in-house roll-on-tubes and bale packing machine. We hope that you will provide us an opportunity to show you the above.
